Are you feeling stressed? Stress is defined as a nonspecific response of the body to any demand made upon it which results in symptoms such as rise in the blood pressure, release of hormones, quickness of breath, tightening of muscles, perspiration, and increased cardiac activity. With the help of the EPFX Quantum Biofeedback system, we can painlessly and non‐invasively look at reactions to common stressors and begin to piece the picture together. HATHA YOGA

Susan receives her training from the Ramamai Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, Indian. Susan also has level 1 and 11 certificates from the Center of Yoga in Seattle and is a member of the Vancouver Iyengar Association.

Susan teaches the asana's with a therapeutic focus, and gently leads students into flexibility, strength, concentration and balance.

Enjoy a foot care treatment with Cheryl Redfern RN. Cheryl has been a registered nurse for 20 years.  Her background includes maternity and surgical nursing at St. Pauls and Chilliwack General Hospial.

She began in community nursing in 1997 and was hired by Sto:lo Nation Aboriginal Health in 1997.  She worked for them until 2001 when She moved to the Kootenays.  While she worked for Sto:lo she became a certified foot care nurse (level 1 & 2) and did foot care clinics for elders in the communities she visited.  She is experienced in diabetic foot care as well. 

The Extras:
Cheryl is a Reflexologist, a Certified Essential oil Practitioner with experience in Aromatherapy Massage and has Level 2 Reiki.


Most people accept foot problems as an inescapable part of aging. Yet adequate care of the feet can alleviate disability, pain, and reduce the likelihood of falling.
